METHODOLOGICAL FEATURES: Escucha y aprende is a book to support students and teachers of Spanish as a foreign language. It´s objctive is to develop knowledge of Spanish from the beginner´s level on, progressively leading the students to dominate the language at an intermediate level. The main interest of this book focuses on developing auditory comprehension skills. Escucha y aprende is devided into 20 units in which the student can find a broad range of the most important linguistic contexts he needs to deal with in Spanish, especially considering the sociocultural context. The end of the book contains a key to the exercices as well as the transcription of the texts recorded on the CDs. The book is accompanied by two CDs including 100 recordings based on authentic communication and based on a specific pedagogical objective. They are presented both in monologues, so as to extract specific information, and in dialogues, so as to concentrate on the social interaction within the language. << Volver
